We are looking for a Sales Director for direct sales with proven ability to drive the sales process and activities from lead generation to the closing of large long-time contracts for data center services. You will have a key role in our expansion and on our continued journey to become number one in the Nordic region.

About the position
As Sales Director your overall goal is to define and lead the strategic direction for direct sales to supporting business growth. You manage all direct sales activities to large customers globally such as global hyper scalers and Fortune500 customers in Europe.
You will develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Furthermore, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
You report to the CEO and work closely with the Sales Director for Partner Sales. You will also manage the sales team including executive management, CTO, COO, and back-office sales.
You have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the IT/data center industry. You have strong sales leadership experience working with large and complex sales cycles including leading negotiations. You also have previous experience in defining and implementing a sales strategy for business growth.
On a personal level, you are results-driven with a business and entrepreneurial mindset. You have a desire to succeed and add value. Your communication skills are excellent in both English and Swedish (verbal and written) and you have the ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. You build strong relationships and partner with customers.
